Site situation
The raw material for crushing is limestone CaCO3,with hardness above 120Mpa.The raw stone is mined by open blasting,the grain size is within 800mm,and the mud content is more than 10%.After blasting,the raw materials are transported to the material platform by double-axle transportation trucks,and the loading capacity of each truck is about 25 square meters.
The transportation truck will transport the blasting raw materials from the material platform,which will be poured into the silo.Through the feeder ZSW1860 into the jaw crusher PEV950X1250 for crushing,jaw crusher discharge control within 250mm.After primary crushing,the semi-finished materials are fed into the intermediate silo by conveyor belt for stacking,ready for the next process.
The feeder is designed with grate,through the grate in the back part of the feeder,the stones and soil less than 200mm in the raw material will be separated out,and the conveyor belt will input a 2YK2170 for powder screening to separate out the soil and gravel.The separated gravel is fed into the intermediate silo for stacking,while the soil part is used as roadbed material or waste material.
According to the site conditions,the designed storage capacity of the intermediate silo is about 1,000 square meters,and a ZZG2020 vibrating feeder is designed at the bottom of the intermediate silo.After crushing,the semi-finished raw materials are fed into a large impact crusher PF1520 for crushing by conveyor belt through the feeder.The crushed stone is fed into vibrating screen 3YK3075 by conveyor belt for finished product screening.The finished products after screening are stacked by conveyor belt according to different specifications.
