To build a granite sand production line with a capacity of 1,000t/h in a site of 7,500 square meters,the layout of equipment configuration and circuit wiring became a difficult task.Because granite is hard rock,sand making trip is longer than ordinary rock,in order to make more space for vehicles to come in and out,our business staff discussed with the customer for many times,and drew up a combination program of PEV1200*1600 Jaw Crusher+PYY500 Cone Crusher(medium and coarse crushing)+PYY500 Cone Crusher(fine crushing)+XHL1145 High-efficiency Sand Maker,which is able to produce sand with high efficiency and high quality.This model can meet the basic demand of 1000t/hour,avoiding the unsafe situation of narrowing the passing area of the site due to the tandem connection of multiple equipments in order to meet the production requirement.In the design institute under the argumentation of many parties,the program is feasible.Also from the side again verified Dahongli jaw crusher+cone crusher+high efficiency sand making machine technology is mature,high reputation,recognized in Jiangxi market.
In addition,this project is also specialized in the following environmental protection treatment:
1.water spraying and humidifying treatment at the screening place,which can effectively reduce the dust when vibrating and screening;
2.control the discharge height of the belt conveyor,and install the baffle plate and buffer chute,which can reduce the dust when unloading;
3.Sewage can be utilized or discharged after treatment in sedimentation tank;
4.tailing sand recycling machine,effective recovery of fine sand below 0.075mm,increase the utilization rate of tailing sand to improve the output,and at the same time,make the finished product gradation continuous,moderate fineness modulus,to meet the requirements of high grade concrete on the mechanism of sand.
