Project Requirements:design and construction construction in accordance with the green mine standard.The hourly capacity of 1500T crushed stone aggregate production line is located in Xiaochang County,Hubei Province,covering an area of about 100 acres,the crushed raw stone is limestone,with a design production capacity of 5 million tons/year,and the construction has been started since 2018.The finished limestone aggregate can alleviate the increasingly tense local supply of sand and gravel,drive the local economic development,and at the same time create a green production demonstration base for green mine sand and gravel aggregate,providing data support for the construction of green mines in the sand and gravel industry.
The equipment configuration of the aggregate production line:ZSW1860/2 sets(vibrating feeder)+PEV1200*1600B/2 sets(jaw crusher)+PYYZ500C/2 sets(medium crusher cone crusher)+PYY500C/2 sets(fine crusher cone crusher)+vibrating screen+conveyor and so on.
