The project is designed on the premise of“green and environmental protection”and in strict accordance with the green mine construction standards.In the whole process of crushing,conveying and storing,the project adopts fully enclosed structure,and the whole process uses wet production,and installs water mist dust suppression system in the dust-prone position,which greatly reduces the dust pollution in the production area.
The project adopts water recycling system,and Dahongli provides a 400 cubic meters conical concentration tank and three large filter presses,and the wastewater containing sludge is recovered through the filter press and then enters the clean water pool for recycling and reuse.After recycling through the filter presses,the mud-containing effluent enters the clean water tank for recycling and reuse,and the mud is compressed into cakes and shipped out by truck.About 300 square meters of water is recycled every hour,realizing zero discharge of sewage.
The project has set up a monitoring system for intelligent control to ensure the safe and stable operation of the project.
According to the person in charge of the project,the project realizes high-quality aggregate production-the fineness modulus of the finished sand is 2.6~2.8,and the quality of the finished product is good,which is in line with the standard of materials used in high-speed railways.
Since the commissioning of the project, Dahongli equipment has been running well, realizing a win-win situation in terms of environmental protection and production capacity, and continuing to supply materials for Panxing Railway.
