Yaoan Hong'an Trade with an hourly capacity of 800 tons EPC project constructed by Dahongli is located here. The project has been under construction since January this year, and formally put into production in May, and is currently building a new plant, the finished product is mainly for the water diversion project in Dianzhong and Kunchuda high-speed material supply.

The project is equipped with Dahongli PEV1200*1600B Jaw Crusher, PYY500C Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, PYYZ500C Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, XHL1145A Impact Crusher, and XHL1145A Impact Crusher, and the project has been completed in January this year. The project is equipped with Dahongli PEV1200*1600B Jaw Crusher, PYY500C Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, PYYZ500C Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, XHL1145A Impact Crusher, ZSW1860A Feeder, ZZG1320 Feeder, 3YK2570IV Sorting Screen and other crushing and screening equipment.

After the site inspection, Dahongli carefully designed a targeted project program for the customer according to the customer's needs and site conditions. Aiming at the characteristics of high production efficiency and low wear of hard sandstone, the project adopts “medium crushing single-cylinder cone + fine crushing single-cylinder cone”, which not only reduces the pressure of fine crushing and screening operation, but also obtains the finished materials with good particle size and reasonable grading.
In addition, the project is equipped with an operation desk and monitoring system for intelligent control, which not only saves time and labor, but also monitors all aspects of the project very accurately, escorting the safe and stable operation of the project.
Since its commissioning, the project has been running stably and the equipment has been well utilized, achieving the customer's production target.
