This project is a new limestone crushing line of YUPA SILATHONG Company, which located in Bang saphan of Thailand . The aggregates is mainly used for highway from Bangkok to Bang saphan.

Raw Material: Limestone Hardness: 180MP
Mud Content: 5% Moisture Content: 8%
Site Size: 7000㎡ Capacity: 280T/H
Input Size: 600mm
Output Size: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-25mm, 0-27mm
Power Resource: 380V /50HZ
Number of the laborers: 7 persons (exclude the drivers of loader and lorry)
Device Configuration: Cone Crusher, Vibrating Grading Sieve, Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Belt Conveyor.
Technological Process:
The materials will achieve uniform feeding and coarse screen by vibrating feeder ZSW1142 .
1.I t is crushed by Jaw crusher for primary crushing,
2. The crushed materials then deliverd into two cone crushers PYY300 for secondary crushing.
3. After crushed by cone crusher, materials with size of 0-25mm will be sent to vibration grading sieve 3YK2170 to be further sieved . At last, aggregates will be delivered for different stacking.
This is a case of quarry rock crushing line, the raw material is limestone. Due to its wide range of application, the customers need 5 different specifications of finished aggregates, besides the capacity must reach 280T/H .In order to save costs and maximize the capacity, we cut the screen mesh at the bottom into two pieces to sieve different sizes of material ,which could save the cost of one sieve. The customers have a backward crushing line before, mainly manifested as unreasonable equipment configuration, low yield, high energy-consumption. (They used seven Jaw crushers to processing aggregates). When the new equipments come into service ,the output greatly improved , moreover the particle shape of the finished aggregates is uniform, which can meet the aggregate requirements for expressway.
