After several discussions and revisions, the technical transformation plan was finalized. The solutions can solve the problems of delivering aggregates for railways and infrastructure construction simultaneously. Besides it also considers that the aggregates can be adapted to new procurement requirements through simple parameter adjustment after performance the contract with TATA. Two months later, the new equipment replaced the old equipment of poor capacity and heavy energy consumption. After several days of commissioning and trial operation, important inspection indicators such as capacity, gradation, modulus, and crushing indicators exceeded the stringent standards of ballast.
