Applicabilities
Mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding in front of primary crushing machines,these vibratory feeders can also screen fine materials so that crushers will exhibit greater capacity.They have become indispensable for crushing and screening.Therefore,these machines are widely applied in combined crushing and screening equipment in industries of metallurgy,coal mines,mineral processing,building materials,chemical engineering and abrasive materials.
Working Principle
A ZSW series vibratory feeder is composed of material chute,vibration exciter,spring support and transmission device.
Vibration exciter is the vibration source of chute vibration for feeding.It is made up of two eccentric shafts(master and slave shafts)and gear.The motor drives the master shaft,and the gear on the master shaft meshes with the slave shaft for rotation.Both shafts rotate reversely at the same time,and the chute vibrates so that the materials flow nonstop for the purpose of uniform feeding and coarse screening.

This machine is featured by steady vibration,reliable working and long service life.The exciting-vibration force can be adjusted.The flow rate can be changed and controlled anytime.These adjustments are convenient and stable;
The vibratory feeder produces vibration through an inertial vibration exciter.With little noise and low power consumption,it is convenient for making adjustments without material flushing;
Being structurally simple and operated reliably,the feeder is convenient for adjustment,installation and maintenance.
