Working Principle
In the course of production,the vibratory feeder can uniformly and continuously feed lumpy and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device at fixed time.

Featured by steady vibration,reliable working,long service life,simple structure and reliable operation,this series of vibratory feeders is convenient for adjustment,installation and maintenance.The rotational speed of the vibration motor can be set and adjusted through the electric control cabinet;
The exiting-vibration force can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of heavier lumps inside the motor,in order to adjust vibration amplitude of the feeder(the exciting-vibration force of the feeder is the maximum at the time of delivery).
Beware that in making adjustment,the angles at both ends of the motor are equal,inclining towards the same side of the motor;
The vibratory feeder produces vibration through an inertial vibration exciter.
With little noise and low power consumption,it is convenient for making adjustments without material flushing.
